Shipping Informaton

All orders are shipped via Australia Post from our studio in Victoria, Australia.

Processing Times

  • In-Stock Designs: Dispatched within 1–2 business days.
  • Pre-Order Items: Please allow 2-3 weeks on top of our allocated timeframes.
  • Custom / Hand-Stamped Designs: Dispatched within 5–7 business days.

Please note: Processing times exclude weekends and Victorian public holidays.


Shipping Rates

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the shipping method you choose during the checkout process. You will always know the shipping price before you complete the payment and confirmation part of your order.

As a general guide-

  • Standard Shipping: $11.00
  • Express: $15.00
  • Local delivery to Ballarat and surrounds (3350, 3352, 3355, 3356, 3357, 3358): $5.00
  • Orders over $150: FREE.

Please note these figures are an estimate and subject to vary slightly during checkout.


Delivery Estimates

Once dispatched, shipping times vary based on your location and chosen method:

  • Standard Parcel Post: Typically 3+ business days within Australia.
  • Express Post: Typically 1-2 business day within the Australia Post Express network.


Tracking

  • Shipped Orders: you will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order has been dispatched.
  • Local Delivery: you will receive an SMS when your order will be delivered.


International Shipping

While delivery is not processed automatically at checkout for international locations, we are happy to accommodate overseas orders. Please contact us at hello@zahlijewellery.com.au for a custom international shipping quote.
Local Delivery

Local Delivery

We offer local delivery to Ballarat and surrounding areas (postcodes 3350, 3352, 3355, 3356, 3357, and 3358) for a flat fee of $5.00.

If you select local delivery at checkout, you will receive an email notification when your order is ready, followed by an automated SMS confirmation once delivery is complete.
Returns & Exchanges

Our returns policy is governed by the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Custom & Personalised Items

  • No Returns for Change of Mind: Due to their unique nature, we are unable to offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on custom-made or hand-stamped designs if you simply change your mind or make an incorrect choice.
  • We encourage you to double-check all spelling and design details before finalising your order.

Ready-to-Wear (In-Stock) Items

  • In-Stock Items: We offer a 14-day return period, provided items are in their original, unworn condition with all packaging included.
  • Pre-Orders: Full refunds are available for cancellations made prior to dispatch from our studio.
  • Hygiene Note: For health and safety reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

Faulty Items & Consumer GuaranteesIf an item (including custom designs) is found to have a major fault or does not meet a consumer guarantee under the ACL, you are entitled to a replacement or refund.

  • A "major fault" includes items that are unsafe, significantly different from the description, or substantially unfit for purpose.
  • If the problem is minor, we will repair the item within a reasonable timeframe.
How to start a return

To initiate a return for a faulty item or an eligible in-stock piece:

  1. Contact us at hello@zahlijewellery.com.au with your order number and photos of the issue.
  2. If a return is required due to a manufacturing fault, we will cover the return shipping costs.
  3. For change-of-mind returns on eligible items, the customer is responsible for return postage.
