Cancellation policy

General Order Cancellations

We offer a full refund for any order cancelled prior to dispatch from our studio. Please note that personalised or bespoke items cannot be cancelled or refunded once production has commenced. To request a cancellation, please contact our team as soon as possible with your order number.

Pre-Order Policy

A pre-order is a special way to secure upcoming designs or out-of-stock favourites while they are still being thoughtfully created.

• Payment: Payment is collected in full at checkout to reserve your piece.
• Cancellations: You may cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time before it has been fulfilled and dispatched.
• Post-Dispatch: Once a pre-order has been fulfilled, it can no longer be cancelled. However, you may request a return in accordance with our Returns Policy.
